Shipping Information
IO's preferred shipping carrier is UPS. For Gift Certificate orders only, our standard shipping is via U.S. Mail, although we highly recommend Gift Certificates be sent via UPS, especially if tracking and delivery time are important.
UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. All product packages must be shipped to a U.S. street address. Gift Certificates can be shipped to a P.O. Box via U.S. Mail.
For all orders that require shipping to an international address, including Canada, the purchaser must arrange for their own UPS or FedEx pick-up. Shipping Recommendations
IO WEB SHOP and IO SPA/YOGA Gift Certificates are shipped regular U.S. Mail for no additional charge to purchaser. If delivery time or tracking is important, IO highly recommends that Gift Certificates be sent via UPS. See shipping options chart above for pricing.
All other product orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except orders which have requested expedited delivery. See shipping options chart above for pricing.
Processing Time
Order fulfillment at the IO WEB SHOP occurs Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders received Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually processed on Monday or by the end of business day Tuesday.
Any order received after 2pm PST will be processed the following day.Within the Bay Area, UPS Ground generally takes 1-2 business days. Remote locations can take up to 7 business days or more.
