The simplest way to order an IO WEB SHOP Gift Certificate is to use our online order form at www.iowebshop.com, but you may also:

REDEEMING IO GIFT CERTIFICATES
IO SPA/YOGA Gift Certificates are redeemable for INTERNATIONAL ORANGE Spa services and Yoga classes. Full value gift certificates are also usable for in-store product purchase in the SHOP at IO in San Francisco. In most cases, discounted gift certificates cannot be used for in-store product purchases.
IO WEB SHOP Gift Certificates are redeemable online only and do not apply to Spa services, Yoga classes or product purchases in the SHOP at IO in San Francisco.
IO SPA/YOGA and IO WEB SHOP Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Q:Can I get a tracking # for my online purchase?
A:INTERNATIONAL ORANGE will provide all UPS orders with a tracking number via the e-mail address used during purchase. The tracking number will be sent before the order has been shipped.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A:Gift certificate purchases made online at iowebshop.com are shipped regular U.S. Mail for no additional charge to purchaser.
All other product orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except orders which have requested expedited delivery (additional charge will apply).
Please note: Order fulfillment at the IO WEB SHOP occurs Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders received Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually processed on Monday or by the end of business day Tuesday. Any order received after 2PM PST will be processed the following day. Within the Bay Area, UPS Ground generally takes 1-2 business days. Remote locations can take up to 7 business days or more.

A:For all orders that require shipping to an international address, including Canada, the purchaser must arrange for their own UPS or FedEx pick-up. A: Items that arrive damaged must be returned to INTERNATIONAL ORANGE and upon receipt of damaged goods new items will sent. If customer wants replacement items immediately, customer credit card will be charged and then refunded upon receipt of damaged goods.
Q: Is sales tax charged for INTERNATIONAL ORANGE online purchases?
A: Only California residents pay sales tax, which is 8.5% - sales tax is not charged on the shipping or handling fees. Application of sales tax may be subject to change.
